Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using "SkyLink Connect" (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should read them carefully before using the App.
2. Use of the Service
You must use the App only for lawful purposes and in line with your role (e.g. as crew or passenger). You are responsible for what you post in crew chats and for the accuracy of flight information you add. Do not harass others, share illegal content, or misuse the service.
3. Account
You must provide accurate information when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive or fraudulent.
4. Subscriptions
Premium features (e.g. AI flight scanner) are subject to a paid subscription. Payment is processed by Apple; subscription terms and renewals are governed by Apple's policies. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its design, branding, and code are owned by the developer. You do not acquire any rights to them by using the App.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Flight and crew data is user-generated; we are not responsible for its accuracy or for decisions made based on it.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will indicate the last updated date at the top of this page.
