By downloading or using Boop ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Standard Apple EULA

The App is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the App is subject to your prior acceptance of Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), which can be found at Apple's website.

2. One-Time Purchase

The App is available as a one-time paid purchase on the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase. There are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees.

3. App Usage and Limitations

The App is designed as a personal finance tracker to help you manage budgets, expenses, income, savings goals, and debts. However:

• Not Financial Advice: The App, including its AI-powered tips and assessments, does not constitute professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for important financial decisions.
• AI Features: The AI financial advisor feature uses Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models) running entirely on-device. AI-generated tips are suggestions only and may not always be accurate or applicable to your specific situation.
• Data Accuracy: The accuracy of budgets, reports, and analytics depends on the data you enter. We are not responsible for decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

4. Data Storage

All financial data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. By using the App, you acknowledge that you are responsible for backing up your device. We cannot recover data lost due to device damage, reset, or software issues.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the App's calculations, charts, or AI-generated content. Use the App at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses based on information displayed in the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
