I'm not hearing the work/rest cues or feeling haptics.
Check that your ring/silent switch isn't on and the volume is up. In the app's Settings, confirm the sound and haptic options are enabled. On Apple Watch, make sure haptics are turned on in Watch › Sounds & Haptics so per-round taps come through on your wrist.
The Apple Music mixer isn't switching between WORK and REST.
Grant Apple Music library access when prompted, then enable the Music Mixer and pick a playlist for each phase. If playback still doesn't switch, stop and restart the timer so the mixer can re-queue from your library. The mixer needs an active Apple Music subscription.
How do I restore my purchase or subscription?
Open the app's Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so they carry over to your other devices automatically.
Do my workouts sync to Apple Health?
Yes. When you grant permission, completed sessions are saved to Apple Health as workouts. You can manage or remove them anytime from the Health app under Browse › Activity › Workouts.
Can I use EMOM Timer without an Apple Watch?
Yes. Every feature — EMOM, HIIT, and Tabata modes, infinite mode, the Music Mixer, and Health sync — works on iPhone alone. The Apple Watch companion is optional and mirrors the same timers for a glanceable experience on your wrist.
